The Aaron Community Cultural Center (ACCC) works directly with individuals and families across South Los Angeles. We support people of all ages by providing real, practical help with education, job training, housing resources, and fresh food distribution.
Whether you connect with us in person at our local sites or join our online programs, our goal is simple: give our community the tools, guidance, and support they need to build a better future.

Honoring Major Andrew Aaron
ACCC was created to honor Major Trooper Andrew Aaron, a dedicated Buffalo Soldier. We keep the history of the Buffalo Soldiers alive while serving the daily needs of families in South Los Angeles.
Over the years, our work has been recognized through city certificates, awards, and community recognitions. But what matters most to us is showing up every week and making a real difference in people's lives.

Leading the Way: Our ACCC Board Members
Leonard H. Harlin
President
Leonard brings over 20 years of experience as an educator and community leader, along with a strong background as a professional insurance broker. He is deeply committed to supporting seniors and bringing community partners together to get things done.
Sherrie Ross
Vice President I
Sherrie is a licensed Social Worker with 14 years of hands-on experience in mental health services and trauma-informed care. Her work focuses on helping adults, women, and families navigate difficult times and find real healing.
Monica Ruelas
Vice President II
Monica is a business leader who focuses on personal growth, life skills, and mentorship. As the founder of Investor Palace, LLC and Moguls, LLC, she works to guide individuals toward positive growth and financial awareness.
Andrea Harlin
Secretary & Executive Director
Andrea has spent more than two decades working in education and psychotherapy. She focuses on helping families and children with special needs, and has written books created to make learning accessible and engaging.

Meet Our Staff
Our team and volunteers are the heart of everything we do. Their hard work keeps our doors open and our programs running every day.
ANDREA HARLIN
Executive Director
As Executive Director, Andrea guides ACCC with a clear focus on community service. She manages our daily operations, oversees program planning and funding, and builds local partnerships across Los Angeles. Her commitment to helping families and leading our team drives everything we accomplish together.
CELESTE FRANCO
Pantry Coordinator
Celeste handles all logistics for our Food Pantry. She coordinates pickups, organizes donations, and manages inventory so that fresh food and household supplies get into the hands of families who need them.
ANA ESTRELLA
Office Coordinator & Community Health Worker
Ana first came to ACCC as an intern through the TSE program. After seeing her dedication and work ethic, we brought her on to our official team. Today, she keeps our office running smoothly while working directly with community members as a certified Community Health Worker.
BOBBY CLARK
Support Staff
Bobby is an essential part of our daily team. He helps maintain our facilities, assists with event setups and distributions, and makes sure everyone who visits ACCC feels welcome.
